Kendu Adventist School of Medical Sciences is a Seventh-day Adventist College offering diploma courses in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and Nursing.
It is a Medical training College of Kendu Adventist Hospital which is owned and run by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, West Kenya Union Conference.
The college needs to fill the position of Director School of Medical Sciences.
Requirements:
Must have at least bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized College / University;
A Master’s degree and above in the above field will be an added advantage;
Must have worked in a similar position for at least three (3) years;
Must have current practice license from the government regulating body;
Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities and be a team player;
Must demonstrate strong innovative, communication and teaching skills;
Must demonstrate capacity to implement institutions’ strategic plan and ability to use and implement information technology;
Must demonstrate high level of efficiency in planning, organizing and coordinating programs.
